1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what's needed to schedule and complete a plumbing visit:

Name, mobile, email, and the address where the work will happen.
A short description of the issue, plus any photos you choose to send.
Job-related notes our technicians take on site (parts used, time on site, before/after photos).
Anonymous analytics about which pages of this site are visited, if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Lawful basis under PDPA 2010

We process personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 on three bases: (a) consent — when you submit a form; (b) contract — when we have agreed to carry out work for you; (c) legitimate interest — keeping a record of completed work for warranty claims and tax compliance.

4. How long we keep it

Job records (including invoices and photo logs) are kept for seven years to satisfy Malaysian tax and warranty requirements. Form submissions that don't lead to a job are deleted after 180 days. Analytics cookie data is kept for 13 months at most.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share it only with:

Payment processors (Stripe, RazerPay) when you settle an invoice online.
Our accounting firm for tax-return preparation.
Our insurer, only if a claim is filed involving your address.
Strata building managers, only when a permit-to-work requires it and only with your knowledge.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: see what we hold on you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it (subject to records we must keep by law), or stop using it for any purpose beyond the work you booked. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 21 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses essential session cookies that keep the booking form working, plus optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) you can opt into via the consent banner. Full details on our cookie policy page.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Job records live in an encrypted database hosted in Singapore by a SOC 2 Type II audited provider. Office laptops and technician tablets are full-disk encrypted with remote-wipe enabled.

9. Changes

If we change this notice we'll publish the new version here and update the date at the top. We won't email everyone every time a comma changes, but material changes (new data uses, new processors) will be flagged in the banner on this page for at least 30 days.

10. Complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, write to us first — we'd like the chance to fix it. You can also complain to the Department of Personal Data Protection of Malaysia at www.pdp.gov.my.
