We handle three kinds of kitchen visits. Single-fixture installs (a new tap, a filter, a disposer). Sink replacements where the counter is staying. And full kitchen renovation plumbing, where we re-route supply and drainage to match a new cabinet layout.
Sinks & mixer taps
Stainless undermount, top-mount, or composite — we'll work with what your fabricator has cut, and we'll flag any radius issue before the silicone goes down. For mixer taps we always install a 9 mm braided supply hose with a small accessible angle stop, so a leaky cartridge in three years doesn't mean shutting the whole house.
Water filter taps & dispensers
Three-way taps (filtered, hot, cold) and dedicated filter goosenecks. We handle Cuckoo, Coway, Aqua Kent, Bibo, and most cartridge-based undersink systems. The trick is leaving service slack on the supply line so the next filter swap takes 10 minutes and not 40.
Drainage & waste
Kitchen waste blockage is the leading reason we get called back to homes built in the early 2000s — flexible corrugated waste pipe collects grease the way a comb collects hair. We replace it with smooth-bore solvent-welded waste during any sink work that opens the cabinet.
Renovation re-routing
When a cabinet maker shifts the sink three feet, the supply and waste need to follow with falls and venting intact. We design the new run with your cabinet maker so the carcass arrives with the right cut-outs, not the other way round.
Pricing snapshot
Single mixer tap replacement: RM160 – RM240. Undermount sink swap: RM320 – RM520. Full kitchen plumbing re-route during renovation: typically RM1,800 – RM4,200 depending on layout change and pipe materials.
About kitchen work
Can you install a filter tap I bought online?
In almost every case, yes. Bring the unit, the cartridges, and any 3/8" or 1/4" tubing supplied — we'll do a leak-tested install and walk you through cartridge change-out.
How long does a full kitchen plumbing re-route take?
Two to four working days within a larger renovation. We coordinate with your cabinet maker so our rough-in lines up with their carcass cut-outs.
Do you install food waste disposers?
Yes, including 3/4 HP and 1 HP units. We always discuss whether your building's drainage is suitable first — older condos with cast iron stacks aren't always good candidates.
