Do you charge for the initial site visit?

Visits within the Klang Valley are free for any job we end up quoting. If you'd like a written diagnostic without any follow-up work, we charge a flat RM80 to cover the technician's time.

How quickly can a plumber reach me in an emergency?

Most central KL postcodes see a Reachbay technician within 60 minutes, any hour of the day. Outer Klang Valley typically lands inside 90 minutes — we'll give you a realistic ETA on the phone, not a vague window.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Every Reachbay technician is CIDB-carded, and the company carries RM1 million in public liability cover. We're happy to send a copy of the policy before any major job.

Will you give me a fixed price before starting?

Yes. After a short on-site inspection we'll hand you a written, itemised quote. Paid work doesn't begin until you sign it off — that's a rule, not a courtesy.

Do you supply parts, or should I buy them?

Either works. If we supply them you get a warranted brand at a transparent mark-up. If you supply them, we'll install what you bought and warrant the workmanship only.

How do I pay?

DuitNow QR, FPX, GrabPay, Visa or Mastercard, and cash if that's easier. We always issue a printed or PDF receipt.
